AVEDA pure privilege

Members are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all applicable laws.
Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be in the sole discretion of Aveda.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
No purchase is necessary for Pure Privilege^SM membership, however, a fee will be charged.
Employees of participating salon/spas, Aveda and its parent company or affiliates and their families are not eligible to participate.
Neither accounts nor programme points may be shared or combined. Corporations, groups or associations cannot enrol.
Only the member paying for the products may accumulate points.
Members will not receive points on purchases which are reimbursed by corporations or other organizations ineligible to participate in Pure Privilege.
Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. Aveda is not responsible for rewards lost in the mail.
All rewards are subject to availability.
Aveda is not responsible for points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity.
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. If an item is returned, the points issued for that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account.
Points can only be accumulated and rewards redeemed at participating stores or locations.
Members cannot receive reward points for purchases made prior to joining the programme.
Failure to present membership card at time of purchase may delay or prevent point accumulation.

or on the website at www.pureprivilege.com if member information changes. Neither Aveda nor participating stores and locations are responsible for lost, delayed or undeliverable mail.
Suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorised use of Aveda issued membership cards, vouchers, coupons and certificates or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall result in termination of membership.
Aveda reserves the right to charge for membership card replacement.
Points will be given for gift certificate purchases. Points will not be given for gift certificate redemptions.
Points will not be awarded for special promotions unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
Points cannot be redeemed until credited to the member's account. Participating stores and locations may take different periods to notify Aveda of points to be credited. Aveda is not responsible for failure, delay or error by a participating store or location in notifying us of points to be credited.
Any applicable tax liabilities resulting from points awarded under the programme are the responsibility of the member.
The programme shall be run in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at all times. In the event of an error administering the programme which is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, Aveda reserves the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
Membership and unused points will expire after two years of account inactivity. Personal information relating to former members will be deleted from Aveda's records. Former members are welcome to rejoin Pure Privilege after account expiration by submitting a new application.
Aveda reserves the right to audit membership accounts at any time.
Aveda reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, programme rules, benefits and rewards at any or all locations at its sole discretion upon 28 days notice.
Aveda reserves the right to add or withdraw participating locations upon 28 days notice.
Aveda reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme upon 28 days notice.
Notice of changes to the Terms and Conditions and participating stores and locations and of termination or suspension of the programme will be validly given when posted during and subsequent to the notice period at www.pureprivilege.com.
